This Privacy Policy explains how Cenvarix s. r. o. ("we", "us" or "our company") processes the personal data of visitors and registered users of the cenvarix.com website.

1. Data controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR Regulation is Cenvarix s. r. o., with registered office at Einsteinova 24, 851 01 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 482 119, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 178452/B.

2. Data we process

We process your name, email address and consent records you submit through our sign-up form. We also process technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to operate the website.

3. Purpose of processing

We process the data to send you information about the platform launch, pilot projects and terms of participation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for a maximum of three years from the last expressed interest, or until your consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.

5. Recipients of data

We do not transfer data outside the EU. Our processors include an EU-based email infrastructure provider and an EU-based hosting company.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object. You may withdraw consent at any time at info@cenvarix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
