The cenvarix.com website serves as an information and registration platform for those interested in real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia. At its current stage, the website does not constitute a public offer of investment opportunities.
2. Definitions
"Platform" means the cenvarix.com website and all its sub-pages. "Subscriber" means a natural or legal person who registers via the form to receive information.
3. Registration and contact
The Subscriber registers by completing the form and confirms that the data provided is true. We will use that data to inform them about the launch of the service.
4. Risks and disclaimer
Investing in real estate via crowdfunding carries the risk of partial or total loss of capital. Investment value may go down as well as up. Cenvarix is not an investment advisor and the content of this website does not constitute an investment recommendation.

7. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Cenvarix reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
